DEFINITION:
An amalgamation of "hyper" and "fly", it describes a particular Hiphop culture native to the Bay Area that is often characterized (with pride) as dangerous, irrational, without inhibition, crazy, stupid, dumb or 'crunk' (Bay Area style).
