Let me introduce myself. I am Shanti “Shoestring” Das and I can help. With almost 20 years in the music industry and speaking from my personal experiences, I can provide guidance and tips on what can be done for those who desire to make it in the entertainment business! I also talk about the importance of learning to empower one another!

Preparation for my career began while I was still in college and a strong work ethic, later provided me the opportunity to tour with Outkast, Toni Braxton, TLC, Usher and many more. I went on to become Executive Vice President at Universal Motown. My other superstar marketing clients included: Prince, Stevie Wonder, Busta Rhymes and Erykah Badu.
