Raw-D (played by rap star Kurrupt) is bustin through, he's the newest star in rap and has a beautiful girl, Joslun (Portia Realer) that's willing to do anything for him, including steal from her producer father, A-Train Tranton (Tony Lister). While in Los Angeles, Raw-D convinces his east coast girl that she needs to steal a recording master from her father.
