The non-profit hip hop organization, Hip Hop Congress, has linked up with Phillup Drummond and 2232 MLK to bring forth “Mindgames II: An Emcee Battle”. The emcee battle is set to go down June 2nd and 3rd at 2232 MLK in Oakland, California. This battle is sure to feature many talented emcees and continue the strong tradition of healthy competition going down in Cali.
